After studying podiatry in Brisbane at QUT, Alice von Holt has been working as a podiatrist in both private practice and residential care homes around Brisbane since 2020. Joining the Advance Foot Clinic team in 2023, Alice brings with her a wealth of experience in treating many different foot and lower limb complications.
Alice particularly enjoys providing general foot care, performing ingrown toenail surgery, treating diabetic foot ulcers and providing wound management. Alice also has a keen interest in helping people recover from foot and leg pain by examining their unique gait and biomechanics to provide effective tailored treatment plans. With this experience behind them, Alice can provide custom orthotics and other suitable interventions like shockwave ultrasound to help patients recover from lower limb discomfort.
Outside of the clinic you’ll find Alice either going for a run or hanging out with her pet parrot (not at the same time, unfortunately).
