Our podiatrists bring their skills and experience to you, ensuring you don’t experience any disruption to the quality of your continued foot care.

Our mobile podiatry services are primarily designed for the elderly, people with disabilities, or those limited in their ability to travel to their local clinic. Our aim is to provide the best quality foot care to the members of our local community when and where you need us.

Do I need a referral for a Mobile Podiatry appointment?

No! Anyone is able to book an in-home appointment with our podiatrists if they choose to pay privately. However, not all our services are available outside the clinical setting. Due to this, we recommend you visit one of our conveniently located clinics if possible. This will allow your podiatrist to provide the highest quality care with all of our available equipment.

What areas do you offer Mobile Podiatry?

In general, we offer mobile podiatry appointments within a 5km radius of each of our clinics. Our Brisbane podiatry clinics are based in Arana Hills, Bellbowrie, Chermside and The Gap. We also have a podiatry clinic and shoe store in Mount Isa. Our Mount Isa clinic also does an outreach visit to Cloncurry once a month.

To find out if we service your area, contact the friendly support staff at your nearest clinic.

How do your Mobile Podiatry services work?

Booking your appointment

Scheduling an appointment with our mobile podiatrist is simple. Contact your nearby clinic, or email our friendly reception team at info@afootc.com.au. Our staff will guide you through the process to ensure all your details are accurately recorded.

Preparing for your visit

Before your home visit, make sure there is good lighting and a comfortable space for treatment. If possible, a reclining chair can make the process smoother. Being ready for our podiatrist at your scheduled time helps us provide the best care efficiently.

During your appointment

Our fully qualified podiatrist will arrive at your home with the necessary equipment to deliver our high-quality podiatry services. Their initial visit will involve a comprehensive assessment of your foot health, and focus on your primary concerns. This allows us to diagnose any issues and develop a tailored treatment plan for you.

Treatment and care

Based on the assessment, our podiatrist will provide the necessary treatments to address your foot care needs. Whether it’s managing foot pain, conducting routine check-ups, or offering foot orthotics at home visits, using a foam impression box offering, our mobile podiatry services ensure you receive the expert care you need in the comfort of your own home.

Post-appointment follow-up

After your appointment, our team will discuss ongoing care and any follow-up treatments required. We are committed to providing continuous support and can arrange future home visits as needed. For more comprehensive treatments, we might recommend visiting one of our clinics if possible.

What can I expect at my initial appointment?

Your initial home visit podiatrist appointment will involve an overall assessment of your foot health with a focus on your presenting complaint. For most people requesting our Mobile Podiatry services, this will require continued foot care.

From your first appointment, your podiatrist will work towards a diagnosis and treatment plan to resolve or improve your condition. Along with their experience, your mobile podiatrist will bring the necessary equipment to attend to your foot care needs, or will be able to provide you with insight into additional equipment you may need if your concern requires ongoing support.

How do I book an appointment?

While there are multiple ways to book an appointment with Advance Foot Clinic Podiatry, it is not currently possible to book a Mobile Podiatry appointment via an online form. Instead, call your nearby clinic or email our friendly reception team on info@afootc.com.au.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my mobile podiatry appointment?

Not much, we simply need good lighting and a suitable place for treatment. We find it ideal for our podiatrists if you have a reclining chair so that we can conduct our treatments to the best of our ability. Although this is not a requirement, it does make things a lot easier and more comfortable for both you and our podiatrists.

Other than that, all you need to do is make sure you are home and ready for our friendly podiatrist at the time of your appointment.
